If your return package arrives at Laura Jean within 30-days after your purchase, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional time to process and post this transaction to your account.
Items should be returned new, unused, and with all Laura Jean garment tags still attached. Returns that are soiled, damaged, or altered, will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are sure you are keeping them. Shoes must be returned unmarked and in the original packaging. Shoe box fees are charged when footwear is returned in a damaged shoe box, or without the original shoe box.
We reserve the right to deny returns if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
Returns must be pre-authorized by email prior to sending merchandise back. Items must be returned in appropriate packaging (original if possible) using a trackable or insured shipping method.
Please Note: Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return.

If so, we are very sorry for the inconvenience! Please notify us by phone or email and if the correct item is in stock, we will ship it to you once the incorrect item is received. We will also issue you a prepaid return address label for your return. If the item is no longer available, we will credit your original form of payment.
